Physical description:

Very elongate body. No cirri.

Colouration:

Translucent body with ~8 dark blotches and pairs of dark dots along midflank. Belly and throat a solid white. Head speckled with dark brown and reddish dots. No ocellus on dorsal fin.

Size:

Reaches 7.2 cm.

Habitat:

Found nearby reefs on bottoms made of broken rubble.
